Hypothetically speaking would it be possible for someone to punch out the window on an Apollo command module? I need to know for a thing I'm writing

You could maybe introduce an imperfection into the window, e.g. scratch it with a diamond or something. I'm speculating; I have no idea if that'll actually work on the kind of window used in Apollo, so it's more of a direction.
Some kind of space axe might do the trick, although I need to figure out if it's credible that my character would have access to one
