Hypothetically speaking would it be possible for someone to punch out the window on an Apollo command module? I need to know for a thing I'm writing

I would say most space capsules are specifically designed against that eventuality. However, if we're talking about the Apollo Missions, you can probably just open the hatch. You had to be able to open them on the moon, after all. Failing that, it's all manual control. Easy boom.

You could maybe introduce an imperfection into the window, e.g. scratch it with a diamond or something. I'm speculating; I have no idea if that'll actually work on the kind of window used in Apollo, so it's more of a direction.

The Apollo didn't let anyone bring guns, but cosmonauts were issued a small rifle that was used at least once to fight off wolves. That would probably do the trick.

Gallium can soften aluminum or make it brittle, but takes a few minutes to prepare. Works if you're stuck and have time to plan, but not very sudden/unexpected unless you set it up in advance. Also risks the capsule popping before you want it to.

iirc the Apollo capsules were equipped with a flare gun. Shoot out the window with that. Or just open the hatch; after Apollo 1 it opened outwards for safety.https://www.space.com/14379-apollo1-fire-space-capsule-safety-improvements.html …

Maybe this would work? But that's only for Russian missions, not Apollo: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TP-82
