The force of gravity on the ISS is about 90% of that on Earth. That's why we call it "microgravity", from "micro-" meaning "one millionth". Not "zero gravity"! That would be MISLEADING

Weight is mass times gravity. Counter-forces due to the floor don't really enter into it
