Answer: hover over each of those unlabelled icons, one at a time, waiting for the tooltip. Just kidding, none of the icons do that

The actual answer: click on the title bar where it says "uBlock Origin 1.13.2". This opens a dashboard. I dub this "Crimson Room UI"

It's not that bad. Right-clicking->option seems to be a very common practice that I did it before left-clicking.
