Answer: hover over each of those unlabelled icons, one at a time, waiting for the tooltip. Just kidding, none of the icons do that

The actual answer: click on the title bar where it says "uBlock Origin 1.13.2". This opens a dashboard. I dub this "Crimson Room UI"

Right click on the uBlock icon (should be above that screenshot), and click on options. Many extensions do that.
