If you want people to speed run your videogame, (1) make it a Mario game (2) release it for the NES in 1985
How do you define "finish the game" given that in several games you can jump directly into the closing credits? The MIDDLE of the credits?

Is it "A Boy And His Blob" on the NES where the Any% route takes you on a shortcut through the room where the closing credits are stored?

Then there's that Mario game on the Game Boy where you can break out of the level INTO GAME MEMORY and then hit a specific block to win
