quarantine 'em

One point one million code points should be plenty. How many tiny icons could anybody really ask for?

I mean at some point we will have all the tiny icons, and people will stop asking for more, I assume

If only there was some way to combine a relatively small number of code points to express arbitrarily complicated thoughts and feelings

@qntm Yeah, but as @Spolsky noted sarcastically, (http://www.joelonsoftware.com/articles/Unicode.html …) there's all this extra space, and we should do something with it.
