Hah! The Code2000 font renders U+4DF4 HEXAGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT and U+4DF5 HEXAGRAM FOR THE MARRYING MAIDEN upside-down (or swaps them)

It also looks as if the Code2000 font is unmaintained https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Code2000 , so minimal chance of getting this fixed in future versions
