For example, U+1D452 "𝑒" which is 0xF0 0x9D 0x91 0x92, vs. an ASCII "e" which is one byte?

@qntm Is that even a default Perl 6 operator? If not, anyone making an operator that looks exactly like an e is a bigger prob than utf8 size
