After finishing "There Is No Antimemetics Division" and before starting "Five Five Five Five Five" is probably the best place to put it

this ordering makes sense to me! I'd be tempted to just put it between the two under a heading like "bonus story"/"interlude"/"standalone", but those aren't ideal. It's always felt a shame to me that it was buried down at the bottom, because it's a really great standalone piece
