In The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Link transforms into a Deku Scrub, a Goron and a Zora. The Goron is the famous dead warrior, Darmani. The Zora is the dead musician, Mikau. You never find out who the Deku Scrub was. Unless you're paying attention

At the start of the game, you pass this strange, tortured figure. Later, after saving the Deku Princess, you meet the palace butler, who says you remind him of his missing son. The first and last of these scenes are spaced apart by the entire length of the game, while the middle scene is entirely optional and missable - plus, Link need not even be wearing the Deku mask at the time, making the butler's meaning ambiguous
