There could be tiers below "Monday" but at that point you're not even delivering weekly, which arguably is too slow to qualify as "Continuous Delivery"

The irony is if you deploy a service primarily hit during working hours, Friday afternoon EOD for Pacific time is the lowest risk time to deal with problems or to roll back.
