Not sure if Winamp responds to this, but back when I used to have this problem, I used to use Alt, Space, M, any direction key, activating the Move Window option — trying to move the window would make Windows realise it wasn’t in a valid screen area and make it snap into view.

Winamp is specifically engineered to flummox this mechanism in Windows, as well as the mechanisms meant to make this window placement impossible in the first place
