Not sure if Winamp responds to this, but back when I used to have this problem, I used to use Alt, Space, M, any direction key, activating the Move Window option — trying to move the window would make Windows realise it wasn’t in a valid screen area and make it snap into view.
My nostalgia for Winamp has gone away thanks to an unfixable bug which causes it to render completely off-screen, and the only way to bring it back is to manually edit some arcane config filehttps://superuser.com/questions/401473/restore-winamp-window-position …

Winamp is specifically engineered to flummox this mechanism in Windows, as well as the mechanisms meant to make this window placement impossible in the first place
