All I'm saying is, if I were an oil executive, I'd be concerned that Chernobyl was slipping out of the public consciousness right about now. I'd be thinking, "We need to kill nuclear power for another few years"

It's also assuming that there's no such thing as "borrowed memory", that weird thing our brains do where if they hear about something from someone older often enough, it just invents false memories and the feeling you were alive to see it too.
