Alright, I have done some ugly surgery on my RSS feed generator thingum, and those two potentially deduplicated updates have had replacements implanted https://qntm.org/rss.php

It looks like phpMyAdmin, MySQL, PHP and RSS collectively have some kind of bananas encoding issue which prevented me from putting the proper accents in the <title> field of that last new RSS <item>, so it says "Ara Orun" when it should say "Ará Orún"

It's staggering how muddled and ill-explained all of these issues are. No combination of escapes I could find could make this thing work. As far as I can tell, MySQL literally doesn't have a way to escape Unicode in a string literal
