Just heard about a customer service exploit where the person called up multiple times and corrected a single character "misspelling" until the entire account was in his name.
But if you're able to call up and make changes to an account, the account is already under your control. You're past the authentication step at that point, you can do anything

Work somewhere with a verification question. About a third are garbage, and some are just information you chat to with people. And yeah you’d have to be a malicious ass to do that, but the original premise says as much. One of ours is what is your favourite musical instrument...
