Although, to be fair, refactoring code is twice as hard as writing it in the first place, and Mel had to refactor hyper-optimised, inscrutable hex written by Mel

Don't get me wrong, it's totally fine to write insanely complex code without documentation, just not if you're handing it over to someone else
