It's been a while since my last full read - why would a changed hazard-label design ruin the story?
The high energy magic warning sign has threefold symmetry to line up with those for ionising radiation and biohazards. It also mimics the physical appearance of the Ra computer

Ah. The former, I see why that would be important to label designers. The latter is complete coincidence in-world, though, right? (Also, Ra is caltrop-shaped if I recall correctly, so the threefold look is only from certain angles.)

Funny you should bring that up! It's not a complete coincidence. Someone in the Wheel Group snuck into the committee which designed the symbol
