"Well-performing" AIs are also dangerous. In some ways they are significantly more dangerous since people are less likely to challenge/overturn their occasional bad decisions
All of which is unrelated to whether the task which the AI "performs well" at is even a good thing to do

Agree that well-performing AIs are a threat, but they're a minority and we need to mass familiarize a rhetorical pattern for quickly debunking SV grifts. This will make it easier, not harder, to fight the use of effective-but-unethical AIs.
