When do you think you will have all the new chapters up? I'd like to re-read Ra, but I'd like to do it when it's finished (again). I'm assuming they are already finished or mostly finished.

'Is the old ending still "canon"? ...None of these events have actually taken place.' this got me thinking about how modern society expects definitive versions of stories, but for much of history, multiple versions of a tale were the norm, not the exception. And that's ok.

In music, we have remixes, covers, & live versions; in film, we have extended/remastered/directors cuts & remakes; for some reason, in non-graphic fiction (outside of fan fiction, which is considered a realm of weirdos), we do not except deviation from the One True Version. Why?
