probably means the "research" isn't actually that important if youtube gets in the way. people don't tell you what is important, they show you what is important quick fix: uninstall social apps, add those websites to your device 'hosts' file so they're blocked

It's all to do with mindset. Try NLP for using triggers to change your state if you start to get distracted. Have a target date/time. Set a reward if you complete a task on time. Look at the bigger picture as to why you're doing this. Use imaging of where you will be at the end.
