3. Exercise: get on a treadmill if you can and walk on an incline for 60 minutes a day at 3-4mph. 4. Mindfulness: 20 minutes. Just sit and watch your mind. It’s like dropping kids off at park. Tires them out, over time the mind will begin to shut up. I achieved mental silence.
