True but since police will shoot someone reaching for their waistband a finger near to the trigger seems provocative.
Or reaching for their wallet. Or their glove box. Or their armrest. Or their remote. Or their brush. Or their glasses. Or their food. Or their candy. Or absolutely nothing at all.
