I’ve had people tell me sexism/racism are not a problem, and they’re right because they are a STEM major. The undergrads are building hierarchies around this nonsense!

I think in many ways the sciences are the worst corner of this because at least humanists question the idea of power. Scientists pretend power dynamics don't exist or are natural.
