It's possible, although not very well documented. While in PyCharm you have dedicated settings menu in [File | Settings | Build, Execution, Deployment | Buildout Support], in IDEA you have to add buildout to the module as a framework, see attached screenshot for reference.pic.twitter.com/Cjy8PZmD5I

PyCharm has always been able to create test stubs for you (use Ctrl-Shift-T, or Cmd-Shift-T on macOS). They've always been unittest stubs, and now we'll dynamically create pytest stubs if your project is configured for pytest
