    ASEAN buried under baby formula shortage.

    ASEAN Summit not even making front pages of American papers. A similar meeting w/Gulf or Eastern European leaders would receive extensive coverage. At the risk of appearing to push parochial interests, Americans need to better understand Southeast Asia. A missed opportunity.
