Asked #ChatGPT to draft a PRD for me, & it was not bad. Spent the rest of the hour revising & expanding.
Spent 5 minutes on general spec and 55 minutes describing the problem space, goals, dependencies, & tying it back to North Star metrics.

Confirmed: product manager brain does not turn off over the weekend.

No one likes to be told what to do.
Instead, rally your devs around the problem that needs to be solved, lay out the constraints, and let them work out the best way to achieve that goal.
#prodmgmt ≠ ordering folks around.
