Anger is the sensible response to injustice, abuse and fraud. It's not inherently transposable with hate nor inaction. Refuse "angry Hawaiian" as a pejorative. Commit to forever EAducation. But by god, stay clear and stay angry. Your dance with it will evolve over time.

Lemme help the AG here: WE ALL GAVE KAHEA MONEY. We will continue to give Kahea money. "We" = all of us you see on the Mauna or on fb or on Twitter or in the streets or at Bachman Hall. And we're not giving up.

  8. This is clear and attempted intimidation of Hawaiians organizing and standing up for what they believe in. Targeting distinctly Native Hawaiian non-profits is as frivolous and I’ll intended as the subpoena of Hawaiian Airlines for the names of citizens who donated miles.

Canada, allegedly desiring reconciliation with Indigenous people, appears to be late to the party for divesting from TMT at Maunakea.

Snowden when asked why he did what he did - "It all came down to state power against people's ability to meaningfully oppose that power. And I'm sitting there every day getting paid to design methods to amplify that state power." Stand w full force and resist this.

For anyone who still thinks Hawaiians are a dying cultural attraction instead of a powerful cultural force— the State Capitol literally shook with the voices of Native Hawaiians as months of organizing brought Mauna Kea to downtown Honolulu.

“The nation of Hawaiʻi is in its 127th year of occupation, and yet, what is flourishing, thriving, and emerging today is an awakening of a Hawaiian national consciousness—rooted in an understanding of the fact that Hawaiʻi is occupied.” Mahalo
