@megibow any chance of issuing bonds for a stock buy back? Seems like you’re undervalued - although there are quite a few people saying the stock is gonna go lower.

@megibow Genuinely curious why shares outstanding went 6x since de-spacing? I see 8M shares end of 2018 to 68M currently? Do you plan to hold more secondary offerings in future?

The public float increased because founders sold not because the share count increased.

So no secondaries from company since going public? That's good but still concerned this is COVID trade (Look at all mattress stocks, all look same, 5x now full descent) and now reopening trade is in full swing. You only need to get rich once. Hate to see people giving gains back

Although mattress stocks are a contrarian bet, their growth is fairly predictable as long as they execute in their manufacturing process. Margin expansion is just gravy going forward.

Glad you acknowledge that it is a contrarian bet. I like their product, so don't get me wrong. Hope it works out for you.

Yeah- it’s definitely not for the faint of heart, but I love the moat, love the product and I see their product as just beginning to become a major player. In 3 years I think they will be a household name.

I researched too, visiting Mattress Firm and bunch of other stores (BTW I do DD obsessively, like opening $AMZN seller a/c selling $10K worth of shoes only to donate all profits) and I do think they have growth story. However my major concern: Why is net income negative?
