My take is the story is still being written- optimistic there’s a happily ever after since our houses have been blown down.
That's also my hope. I so liked the premise of PSTH and what Ackman set out to do initially.
Man, there has to be. Valeant, JCP, and Herbalife were bad, but he wasn’t involved with retail in the same way. If he doesn’t turn something from this, he’s toast.
Exactly! I don't think he screwed retail on purpose. But he can only make good by making his investors money. And he needs to do it soon. Also, he needs to establish good communication with his investors.
