Just curious why warrants vs at the money 2023 calls? The Jan 23 $20 calls are $0.90 - is he gets a deal you exercise at $20 instead of $23. If he gives everyone the money back and you get a sparc you exercise at $20 so you are eligible for the sparc.

What happens to them is answered if you think there will be a deal or sparc by Jan 2023. If you do and you think that if they announce a sparc there will be time (a date in the future) to be a shareholder of record I think this is best trade.
