      Its an established co, with new synergies post merger. Def better than other science project companies. Honestly best outcome would be Flexport, fast growing logistics software company, during a time of serious supply bottlenecks. But i dont think they need any cash until 2025.

      I feel like the pipe will need to be massive- probably 2B+ to get enough liquidity for GoTo.
