      I feel like it’s in the best interest of the investor - I think the SEC would be crazy not to approve it… it really is a good idea. I think 80%+ chance.

          I agree that it's in best interest of investor, however I'm of the opinion that SEC wants spacs out and won't open a new can of worms!!
