        Somewhere between 6-8. Leaning towards higher than lower. It's better than SPACs for investors. Opt-in after a DA means less stagnant $. The ability to give prior SPARC holders free SPARCs for the next deal. Timeframe extended which benefits negotiations.

        I feel like it’s in the best interest of the investor - I think the SEC would be crazy not to approve it… it really is a good idea. I think 80%+ chance.
