      His hedgefund is not purely UMG nor is Vivendi purely UMG. You can't say buying either is the same as the deal Bill stole from usThe man who was too afraid to invest in visa /mcard due to regulatory risks didn't see the sec risk? He knew this would play out and psh would take it
