What is happening with the warrants?
I was thinking about re-scheduling that SPACES I originally cancelled. The outstanding warrants can be redeemed for more UMG or go to Remainco. the 2/9 of un-issued can only be used for Remainco.

1 PSTH warrant will get you how many PSTH shares? .3 or something?

I think it varies on the stock price. I believe it's about .25ish. There are some charts - I haven't looked because I only bought commons, for the most part.
