      I am not making any assumptions- I think the main takeaway is $PSTH structure is good, the deal is good, Remainco will likely be as good and SPARC is gravy.

      I know structure is excellent my point is I'm thinking that romainco is the spark for the 3 I love the umg deal, but I'm thinking because of the complexity of the deal and some of the unanswered questions have left a bad taste in some people's mouths, and I think romainco is key!
