Only real concern imo is pushing nyse onto their board. But he said he talked to nyse and they would love to have umg. He said they got American investors that want it on US exchange. Seems very likely but no guarantees for a long term investment is disappointing to me.

This is simple answer, short term traders who can't see the trees past there nose, if mrkt dosent respond $10 upside right away they look for exits, also I think short term option traders bailing on calls put downward pressure on commons, you can see this from miles away!!!

No reasoning at all imo. Ackman bullish on UMG val, future dividends, NYSE listing, NFT potential. Wants to move quickly on RemainCo (signed NDA yesterday), 'reengaged' talks w/ old targets that didnt need all
$PSTH $5bn; also could be majority share up to 100%. SPARC2 mentioned -
Maybe people were hoping for a more direct affirmative for an NYSE listing. And no more catalysts until UMG IPO
