Oh i get that, but I'm just wondering where the value is or it means that we have to wait for both UMG listing and RemainCo to realize what the real gains are right now.
@kruelx Hey, I saw your concerns. I think the important thing to remember is it’s not so much the price per share of umg, it’s the total value. I.e we are getting 4b worth of umg stock, so whatever is left in the trust is going to be remainco.

If you had a 100 shares of psth today which was bought at nav, akman used 14.75 of ur $20 to buy umg at a $42b usd. ur cost $1475. when umg goes public in euro if the market cap is exactly $42 billion after first day of trading your 64 shares should roughly be $23.04, still $1475
