      I took his answer to that tweet as a reward for those “holding PSTH” not those who decide to buy a SPAR at a later date and exercise to get access to future SPARCs

      Original PSTH holders then become SPARC holders.... So it's not clear, Let him unpack it. Doubtful you will get lifetime rights, whats the incentive for future SPARC holders then???

      My understanding was that each time you exercise your SPARC rights to hold PSTH-X, you'll get SPARC to PSTH-X+1 IE PSTH1 -> SPARC for PSTH2 if you *exercise* those into PSTH2, PSTH2 -> SPARC for PSTH3 and so on. I think you need to exercise at each chain leg to keep going.

      I think both of you are technically correct. The only way to get access to the SPARC is to be an original investor in $PSTH. However when the time comes and you don't like the SPARC deal are you going to let it expire worthless or sell it on the market

      The new buyer of the SPARC will then have access to the next deal. This is a way that the SPARC will have a continuing value. BTW in the PR it is mentioned the SPARC will trade on the NYSE.

      Fully agree, rights must be tradeable. But also, based in the tweets, original $PSTH shareholders must be granted access to all future SPARCs, regardless whether they exercise them or not.
