@enriqueabeyta How does a European deal like this work in contractual terms. Does Bill sign and announce a DA and then Vivendi Boards ratifies? Maybe Ratify isn't the correct term, but basically approve.

DA signed prior to 22nd. Vote at AGM on 22nd. Done deal.
How long before the Meeting do you expect a DA? day before day of? Week before? Week of?
