@enriqueabeyta How does a European deal like this work in contractual terms. Does Bill sign and announce a DA and then Vivendi Boards ratifies? Maybe Ratify isn't the correct term, but basically approve.

Looking thru the Vivendi shareholders pdf if looked like there was a vote on the 10% stock sale so would think he would have to wait till after correct me if I'm wrong
