Mattress, could you please dedicated some time to review the tax implications? “This will likely be done by a custodian in charge of the process, so as a Vivendi shareholder subject to the tax, you will simply have the number of UMG shares you receive reduced by the tax amount.”
I don't intend to talk taxes- that is too different for locations, account types, etc.
