@BillAckman @jackiereses Can you be working on finding a target for psth remainco while the @umg stuff is being worked out? I know you can’t comment on the deal, but I’d be curious to know if psth is dead money until September at the earliest.

If you had all the money you invested in
$PSTH back, would you invest it in UMG? Answer for most is no, therefore it’s a shitty deal. If you really want music royalties, you could have invested in WMG. And go look at the 1year return on that trash to see what’s in store…
I think I would need to see the details, that being said. Sparc rights could be lucrative.

For music royalties I already bought Hipgnosis Songs. Top team, decent dividend and capital appreciation. Not super happy about UMG.
