@BillAckman @jackiereses Can you be working on finding a target for psth remainco while the @umg stuff is being worked out? I know you can’t comment on the deal, but I’d be curious to know if psth is dead money until September at the earliest.

I really hope this deal doesn't go through, we should all be in same page and talk to
@jackiereses and@BillAckman to cancel this deal . No one wants to go this complexity for holding their money for another 6 months to see if UMG share price increases -
