Does UMG count as the SPAC target? If it's not then he should be able to keep hunting. Am I right in thinking he's just dissolving the SPAC once the three-way split occurs?

I was thinking the same, I don’t think this is counted as SPAC target. He just dissolved some money and now he needs to find a new target for PSTH with $1.5 bn

If you had all the money you invested in $PSTH back, would you invest it in UMG? Answer for most is no, therefore it’s a shitty deal. If you really want music royalties, you could have invested in WMG. And go look at the 1year return on that trash to see what’s in store…
