@BillAckman If the @UMG deal closes on June 22nd, when do you expect the second SPAC to begin trading. Is this likely to happen before public listing of UMG or after. Thanks!

When are the SPAR rights distributed?
It sounded to me like those are distributed when a DA is announced, maybe I'm wrong though.

Seems like SPAR will be distributed sometime between the UMG deal being finalized and before them going public (September time frame?). They are not exercisable until after a DA is announced.
