When are the SPAR rights distributed?
@BillAckman If the @UMG deal closes on June 22nd, when do you expect the second SPAC to begin trading. Is this likely to happen before public listing of UMG or after. Thanks!

It sounded to me like those are distributed when a DA is announced, maybe I'm wrong though.

PSTH is staying listed. You will have UMG and PSTH as securities. Then you will have a Right for the SPARC as well. You will be able to sell the right if you want or buy the rights. Then when he signs a DA for the SPARC you can decide to put in $20 or sell your right.
