What do you picture the growth like? I’m trying to see how it can continue to grow annually and sell at “multiples” of what is paid? The valuation would factor in the current revenue already, to grow multiples requires accelerated growth, no?

Conspiracy theory but remember Bill ackman donated $1.3 billion coupang to charity. What if In doing so, Bloomberg sells his company for $5-10 billion discount if his ultimate goal is to also donate to charity. $50 billion target transaction instead of $60 billion.

Is Bloomberg expected to grow "10-15% per year"? That's 2x in 5-7 years. And why would a Bloomberg deal be complex? Idk, don't think it's Bloomberg- but if a cow can fall out of a cargo plane and kill you at any given time then I guess anything is possible.

I think Bloomberg growth is sub 10%. Just a guess. I believe crunchbase said ~6%.
